All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +961 78 755 744 with clear photos of the defect. We will assess and resolve the issue on a case by case basis.

Macaco reserves the right to make the final decision on all defect claims.
